You can listen to the complete audio from Unsung Live over on our Soundcloud page.
For those who don't know, Unsung Live is our live storytelling night, especially for speculative fiction. On a sunny April evening in Kings Cross, Unsung gathered like minds, writers, readers, bibliophiles and more, for this standing room only event..
It’s a simple idea, get four great authors, then give them a microphone and fifteen minutes. It’s all about experiencing stories in different ways, getting those characters off the page, and bringing readers and writers together.
But of course, we know not everyone can make it to London and we wanted to make sure as many of you as possible can share in the fun. Which is why we recorded it!
You can listen to the whole evening below for free. There’s a real mix of tales in the lineup, which features:
- Audiovisionary by Stephanie Saulter
- Reaper's Rose by Ian Whates
- A Game Proposition by Rose Biggin
- The Trouble with Hiring Skips by Ed Cox
We’re not going to tell you anything more about it because stories are at their best when they surprise us, when they unfurl one word at a time and take us to new places.
If you live in or around London then you can join our Meetup group to find out about future Live events. It’s free to join and free to attend.
